Texas Data Center Academy
Building Workforce-Ready Technicians for Hyperscale Data Center Operations
Professional online workforce development programs designed for real-world careers in modern data center environments supporting cloud and AI workloads.
About Texas Data Center Academy
Texas Data Center Academy is a legally registered workforce training institution preparing students for careers in modern hyperscale, AI, and HPC (high-performance computing) data center environments. We deliver structured 8-week online training programs designed to develop practical, job-ready skills for supporting modern infrastructure that powers cloud and AI workloads.
Our training is built around real-world operational scenarios and reflects the environments found in enterprise, hyperscale, and AI/HPC data center facilities.
Training is delivered by industry professionals who have worked in hyperscale data center and mission-critical cloud environments within leading global technology companies.
Learning is conducted through simulated hands-on training, real-world scenario labs, virtual infrastructure simulations, and guided operational exercises that replicate hyperscale environments. Students develop the technical and operational skills needed to support servers, networking systems, high-density GPU clusters, electrical infrastructure, cooling systems, and logistics operations within high-availability environments.
What makes our academy unique is its focus on operational readiness aligned with next-generation infrastructure. In addition to technical training, we provide structured career support including resume development, interview preparation, and job readiness coaching to help students transition confidently into the workforce. Students who successfully complete the program receive a Certificate of Completion from Texas Data Center Academy.
Our approach is aligned with the operational standards, workflows, and hiring expectations of modern hyperscale and AI-driven infrastructure environments, ensuring training remains relevant to real industry needs.
Our goal is to serve as a workforce pipeline for the growing demand for skilled professionals supporting cloud, hyperscale, and AI/HPC infrastructure. Graduated technicians will have the competence to pursue entry-level roles in leading global technology companies and cloud providers, including AWS, Microsoft, Google, Meta, among others.
